What should you bring to your appointment?
Income Tax Appointment
Social security cards or numbers for all dependents
Date of birth for you and all your dependents
W2’s, 1099″s
If you were covered under Covered California you need to bring Form 1095-A to your appointment
If you have dependents 18 years old or younger please bring any school report for the year, shots records, or any other document that will show a presence in the country.
If you have a student attending college, university or trade school – you need to bring Form 1098-T, and the total amount spent in books and materials. This form comes under the sudent name.
